The body holds onto different energies, such as emotional stress and trauma. These stuck energies can manifest themselves physically if left in the body + not released.

Reiki (Universal life force energy) helps to balance and hormonize the flow of energy in the body, allowing a client's mind, body, and spirit's innate ability to heal happen.

During the session, the client is fully clothed lying comfortably on a table while I channel Reiki's healing energy and it goes where it is most needed. Everyone's experience is different; Clients have fallen asleep, had emotional releases, are extremely relaxed, and some have little to no reaction during a session but shared their benefits later. Alll you need is an open mind and the willingness to receive.
